The check-in process was very simple and stress free, as well as check-out. The hotel does require a RM50 per night as a room deposit, however if you are flying out of Penang and don't want to have Ringit left over the hotel can do a pre-authorization on your card which they release when you check out. The staff were a highlight for us and they made everything a breeze during our stay! – May 22, 2012.
