we were at the high floor and could easily view the penang bridge from the living room. nice view. the hotel has full functional facility including steam room and sauna. big enough for the whole family. swimming is really nice. full facility provided for the gym. overall, good hotel for the big family. however, no food provided but available easily within the vicinity. probably, will stay there again if go to penang with the whole family. – Nov 18, 2011.

I love the surrounding environment as they have a beautiful landscaping which other service apartment do not have. The rooms are clean and they provide Astro, Internet Access, DVD, Refrigerator, Microwave Oven, Cooking Utensils, Crockery, Washing Machine and others. They have lots of facilities, i.e. swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, games, library, ping pong table and etc. They have a free shuttle to Queensbay Mall and Tesco. The staff are friendly and their services is good. We really enjoyed our stay in Penang and will strongly recommend to all our friends to stay at Century Bay during their holidays in Penang because the room rate is cheap and worth it compare to other service apartments. – June 14, 2011

My friends and I enjoyed the facilities and services that was provided by the serviced apartment. It is fully equipped with kitchenettes (surprisingly), washing machine, fridge and microwave oven!! PERFECT for bunch of backpackers ;) Even karaoke, bar, snooker table was available. Other than that, we got the best view!! Our apartment has the best view because it was overlooking the beautiful Penang Bridge and Pulau Jerjak!!! – May 12, 2011
