The view was magnificent. The family deluxe room with the loft bed is really a very good choice for family with kids. It can take up to kids of up to 1.6m in height. Our kids love going up & down the stairs. The sofa bed with bedsheet & extra pillow was also comfortable for another kid or adult to sleep on. Buffet breakfast offers wide choices of breakfast food to spoil the guests. The coffee is definitely one of the better ones we have tasted as compared to breakfast at other hotels. – Jun 6, 2012

The hotel was in a good location just minutes away from Universal Studios. All the rest of the attractions were within a short walking distance from the hotel. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed themselves. The breakfast buffet was good and it came with the package we booked. – Jun 24, 2012

As a hotel guest you get a free monorail pass to use when you cross to Vivo City. Having robes and slippers is a nice touch as is having a toothbrush and paste free, they also provide bottled water everyday. Bathroom is nice and large, bed is ooh so comfy...
