Pasta fanatics feast on two-course Western meals, choosing between stringy choices of spaghetti bolognese or carbonara, based on taste bud preference and attraction to different colours. Diners are served with fresh, homemade mushroom soup with spear-shaped garlic bread to battle stomach gastric and other hunger pangs.
