GENERAL

  • Redemption period: May 20, 2013 – Dec 31, 2013.
  • Bookings must be made between May 18, 2013 – Dec 28, 2013.
  • Min. 3 days prior booking required. Bookings subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling not allowed.
  • Valid Mon – Fri: 9am – 12pm / 1.30pm – 5.30pm (not including public holidays).
  • Customers are advised to be punctual for appointments and arrive at least 10 minutes prior to appointment.
  • Limit 1 per person. May buy many as gifts.
  • Max. 10 people for family portrait. Top up RM10 per person for max. additional 5 people.
  • Groupons may not be combined for additional people.
  • Copyright of photos belongs to studio only. Transfer of copyright per photo subject to RM50 surcharge.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Call 016-832 3491 by Dec 28, 2013 to make a booking, then SMS the same number with your:
    - Name
    - Confirmed photoshoot date and time
    - Groupon voucher code
    - Groupon security code
  • Not valid for bookings through SMS (without prior calling), email, or Facebook. 
  • Customers must select photos of their choice immediately after the photoshoot
  • Photos and soft copies will be available for pick-up within two months from the date of photoshoot. Call 016-879 3491 before photo collection.
  • Customers may choose to reprint photos, subject to additional charges. Call to enquire.

Tips and recommendations

  • Get everyone to dress in similar outfits to allow easier retouching of photographs.
  • Avoid looking overdressed by abstaining from lip gloss or glittery clothes, and opt for neutral tones instead.
  • Relax and smile naturally. If this is impossible, simply inform everyone that you've just had a tooth extraction.
