PICK-UP

• Bookings must be made between Aug 4, 2012 – Sep 12, 2012.
• Min. 2 working days prior booking required. Bookings subject to availability.
• Valid for pick-ups: Mon – Fri: 9.30am – 1pm / 2pm - 5pm / Saturdays by appointment (not including public holidays).

 
DELIVERY

• Online redemption period strictly between Aug 4, 2012 – Sep 4, 2012.
• Delivery to Peninsular Malaysia option available.
• Delivery to Peninsular Malaysia excludes Langkawi Island.

WARRANTY 

• Covers bicycle against manufacturer defects.
• Does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly or follow-up maintenance, installation of third party parts or modification of frame, fork or any other components.
• Does not cover damage or failure due to accident, misuse or neglect.
• Warranty claims must be accompanied by description of the defect, photo of the defective part, serial number of the bicycle, RMA number and copy of Groupon voucher.
• Customers must email jmemarketing@yahoo.com for RMA number before making warranty claims.

HOW IT WORKS

• For pick-up, call 03-5631 3916 (Mon – Fri: 9.30am – 1pm / 2pm – 5pm) at least 2 working days in advance to make a booking. Pick-up your product(s) at the agreed date and time.
• For deliveries, email jmemarketing@yahoo.com by Sep 4, 2012 and provide your:
  - Name
  - Contact number
  - Email address
  - Delivery address
  - Groupon voucher code
  - Groupon security code
• You will receive a confirmation email within 2 working days.
• Deliveries begin Aug 14, 2012. You will receive your bicycle within 14 working days.
• Should stocks run out, restocking takes 30 working days.
