2. For pick-up: 

• Call 1300-88-1118 / 03-7728 1111 three days prior to reserve a unit.
• Provide your name, contact details, time and date of collection, quantity, voucher serial number and redemption / security code.

3. For delivery:

• Delivery fee of RM12 for West Malaysia and RM20 for East Malaysia applies. Bank in payment to K-One Technology Berhad, HSBC Bank 359-195914-101.
• Email irenehiew@k-one.com.my, provide your name, contact details, delivery address, voucher serial number, and redemption code / security code. Attach proof of payment for delivery fee (transaction slip).

4. You will receive a confirmation email within 1 working day.

5. 3 working days required for delivery to West Malaysia, and 7 working days for East Malaysia.

6. Register your warranty here (product serial number required). Warranty will be void unless registration is completed.

7. Should any problems arise during the warranty period, customers may call 1300-88-1118 / 03-7728 1111 and provide descriptions of the problem.

8. If your product is still under warranty, K-One will bear delivery charges when claiming.
