As you shimmy, spin and dip around a shiny metallic stick, you’ll tone your muscles especially in the arms, thighs and buttocks to carve a more curvaceous silhouette. Helpful pole gurus coach shy newbies into confident vixens who gracefully swirl through twisty routines. Advanced polers prefer donning less fabric as more skin gives them better grip for complicated routines, though beginners may wear gym shorts and fitting attire.
