How it works

1. Purchase this Groupon and wait for it to activate.
2. Select a Mug Type and take down the product code.
3. Select a Mug Template and take down the template code.
4. If you wish to submit your own design, template must be within 8.5cm (H) x 20.5cm (W), in JPEG or PNG format.
5. Email redeem@minealesi.com and provide your name, contact details, Groupon serial number / voucher code, redemption / security code, quantity, mug product code, template code and attach your own design, if any. State delivery or pick-up.
6. For delivery, provide your delivery address. 
7. For pick-up, state time, date and outlet.
8. Mine Alesi will email you when your order is ready for pick-up / delivery. Delivery requires 1 working day.
9. RM13 delivery fee applicable for East Malaysia, and RM10 for West Malaysia, payable to Mine Alesi.
