Sensual ladies poised and balanced, dabble in the age-old art of burlesque in four one-hour sessions suitable for all types of fitness, experience levels, and stages of womanhood. Employing tasteful routines, burlesquers concurrently improve posture, upper body strength, flexibility, and shapes of acceptably exposable areas. With prop works and positive attitudes, participants master intricate flips, twirls and sultry manoeuvers around chairs as confidence builds up in attempts to tempt and tease.

Participants are required to bring water bottle, towel, and wear indoor sports shoes.
