Epicures of Italian delicacies delve hands into sticky dough, kneading and stretching for 3.5 hours to consummate pizzas from base to toppings. Mastering proper ratios and proportions, striving chefs in groups bake up to four pizzas in flavours of Margherita with basic toppings or Sweet Summer pizzas with prunes, berries, and apricots as toppings and luring baits. After fully utilising ingredients and equipment to bake pizzas to perfection, partakers bring home freshly baked pizzas for private criticisms and establishment of pizzerias.
