results and slowly gain experience and confidence along the way. Taking care
not to bump into others, budding ground gliders manoeuvre around the rink or
may attempt flashy moves like the figure eight, flip jump or the flat face. Skates
are provided to sliding societies free of charge but it is compulsory to don
socks and gloves, which may be brought or bought at the rink.

For those people out there, go and have fun in skating for at least once in your lifetime. I assure you it is a nice experience even though you might need to fall down and getting bruises. Otherwise, who knows you can move around smoothly with the skating shoes/blades. – Nov 24, 2009
