Assemble at Kawasan Rehat Genting Sempah by 9am or 1.30pm (depending on session) on the reserved day to proceed to Janda Baik with coordinator.
Participants will have a short safety briefing and demo, and will have to sign an indemnity form before proceeding to tube down river.
After activity is completed, customers will need to pay RM5 to the merchant for transportation back to starting point.

Racy rapid riders who feel the need for expeditious velocity are aided downstream through a combination of nature and buoyant elastics, swimming in a stream of challenges and accommodating fish. Tubing is the graceful activity of riding down a river in a rubber tube, propelled by rushing waters and shrieking laughter emitted from unsinkable individuals. Trainers and safety coordinates ensure that inflatable tyres remain on course and refrain from making sudden off-road adventures while participants don life jackets to stay afloat. Once water adventures are over, customers will need to pay RM5 for transportation back up river to the car park area. As only standard safety gear such as helmets and life jackets are provided, customers may bring along goggles and knee guards for a better experience. Medical insurance is not included and customers may opt to purchase their own.

Two sessions commence daily if minimum capacity of 15 per group is reached. Customers may choose between 9am or 1.30pm assembly time at Genting Sempah. Leisure & Incentive Tours may reschedule the activity if water levels are deemed unsafe.

Customers may opt for a 10-seater van return transfer from Kuala Lumpur / Petaling Jaya to Janda Baik for an additional RM300, with pickup points located at PJ Hilton, Armada Hotel and Chinatown. Groups of people may be collected within a three-kilometre radius of designated pickup points.
