Within capacious cooking confines, ardent novices are set to conquer 7 layered rainbow cake construction under Angeline Stanley, doyenne of dainty delights. Ingredients and utensils are provided and the intricacies of weighing, sieving, mixing and baking culminate in lashings of butter cream frosting. Rapacious alumni are encouraged to bring their own cake coffers to store baking conquests. Comfy outer wear is also advised for optimal inner virtuosity.

Angeline Stanley is a licensed and experienced instructor well-versed in all things cake. She teaches on a freelance basis at a select number of baking schools and bakeries. She also takes orders from home and gives home lessons on weekends.
