Reasons why we can’t get enough of Citrus Plus: 

1. Gastronomical journey at Citrus Plus is a feast made for two or more, because what is in store are: 2 bowls of Mushroom Soup, a large plate of Seafood Black Pepper Pasta, Bangers & Mash and to topped everything off, a Chocolate Fondue. And all these yummy noshes for only RM25!

2. Now, tuck yourselves in. For starters, the Mushroom Soup will be served. Though simple in appearance, its taste is pretty deceptive. The soup is at the right viscosity and rich in taste, with nice chunky bits of mushrooms for a little chew. Lovely! 

3. Next comes the Seafood Black Pepper Pasta. Portion-wise, from the looks of it, is more than enough for two. The pasta is served with mushrooms, prawns, crab meats and the likes. Not to mention the dish is finely seasoned, and then topped with gingery black pepper gravy all over. Simply describing the food gets us hungry!

4. After slurping down the last strand of spaghetti, comes the Bangers and Mash. Served with mash potatoes doled up in balls, the bangers (essentially sliced sausages) are drenched in sweet mushroom sauce, along with some capsicum for a boost in taste. Absolute yum!

5. Lastly, it’s dessert. Where else can you enjoy a Chocolate Fondue along with many other dishes for this price, and with loved ones too? Just picture this: mixed selection of fruits, wafers and scoops of strawberry and vanilla ice cream, where you dip all of them in sweet, hot chocolate sauce. If that is not heavenly, what else is! 

6. Additionally, Citrus Plus Café is pretty easy to locate (along McDonalds in SS15). Its ambience is welcoming and its premise is spotless. Somehow, it’s so cosy it just makes you want to stay put there.
