One person may use only one voucher for self, but may buy multiple as gifts. Valid on Mondays to Thursdays only (10am - 7.30pm. Last appointment at 7.30pm). Prior reservation required 1 week before intended date of visit. Cancellation or reschedule must be made at least 2 days prior to appointment. Treatment will be forfeited if customer fails to do so. Customers are allowed to reschedule 3 times only. Rescheduling or cancelling the appointment more than 3 times will cause treatment to be forfeited.
