Pastry perfectionists learn how to make moist chocolate cupcakes and two different kinds of frosting. With chocolate as the crucial component, food artists will learn piping techniques which will allow them to frost cocoa flowers a chocolate puppy. While the school provides the utensils and ingredients, participants need to bring a container for cupcake takeaways, a kitchen towel and a small spatula. Classes can only commence if 10 students are confirmed in attendance, with a maximum of 15 participants per class.
