Apart from relieving itches, yoga benefits the body by improving flexibility, strengthening core muscles without pumping iron, aiding physical balance, increasing metabolism and providing an energy boost. Co-founder and head guru, Azmi Samdjaga, who has over ten years of experience, conducts a regime that coaxes toxin out of the body while helping the mind discover rest chambers within the recesses of the skull. Schedules are set to accommodate flexible career yogis with inflexible work hours with classes starting as early as 7.00am in the morning and 8.45pm at night.

Practitioners are advised to bring a limber spine and comfy workout attire with layers to regulate body climate changes, but dressing up as a polar bear is ill-advised. While mats are provided, fitness enthusiasts are encouraged to get their own as it shows commitment to both yoga and outdoor camping. A towel can be a useful tool for wiping sweat off yoga mats or muzzling telemarketers, but usage of colognes or perfumes is frown upon as it disrupts the internal channelling of Chi and breathing.

Customers should book early as classes accomodate a maximum of 15 participants per session. More classes may be made available depending on response.
