Fashion formidable sweets without having to worry about misguided mush missiles at this hands-on baking session conducted at a dedicated pastry and bakery school boasting five specialised kitchens. Patisserie artists, headed by Chef Lejeune from France, provide pupils with all the necessary tools, ingredients, aprons, recipes and wizardry before embarking on an epic tart baking adventure which uncovers the secrets of chocolate tarts, apple crumble tarts and caramel nut tarts. Students learn to make choux pastry, different types of tart filling and to load baked desserts with presentation pizzazz.

Participants get to take home what they bake, and thus need to bring ample containers to avoid tart-related road accidents. Students are advised to wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
