At the pet spa, cat and dog owners may choose between basic grooming (1 - 1.5 hours) and full grooming (2 - 3 hours) services with prices varying according to pet size and coat conditions. Royal furballs have their wools sheered to the precisions of Buckingham’s hedges and overgrown ear whiskers cleared away. Sharing affection, skilled pet groomers meticulously clip cushion scratchers and rub pet bellies, inviting blissful purrs and contented yawns from pet and owners alike. Pet Playground does not offer refunds if a pet refuses to be groomed or bathed, but owners may choose to use voucher for single-item services such as nail trimming or tooth brushing instead. The establishment may halt grooming should a pet display ferocity or pose danger to a groomer.
