Moulders of human bodies certified by the Malaysian Association of Yoga Instructors impart unlimited knowledge for a month to students eager to learn the art of meditation and stretching. Amateur contortionists display existing skills in intermediate classes while younger yogis are ushered into beginner level classes available throughout the day that last for an hour. Additional assistance in forms of straps, blocks or verbal encouragement are provided by yoga studios while mandatory mats should accompany students from home.
