Raw fish rangers delight in the five varieties of Osaka-style sushi, hustling to taste the unagi (eel), ebi (prawn), salmon, tori teriyaki (grilled chicken) and grilled Saba fish (mackerel), accompanied by pickled ginger and wasabi. These traditional sushi are made from a special mould, giving it a rectangular shape as compared to sushi elsewhere. Creating a minor diversion, choppy chopsticks make a dash for the seafood spaghetti salad, picking up the prawns, squids, scallops and tobiko (fish roe) blended with mayonnaise and garnished with parsley. Herbivorous humanoids polish off edamame (green beans) and potato salad.
