Curious culinarians pick up nifty measuring and mixing techniques from dessert wizards to effortlessly produce nutty chocolate brownies, untopple carrot cakes and transform piles of forsaken dried fruit into attractive Christmas presents. Outfitted with all the necessary ingredients and equipment, recruits strut forth combining and beating helpless cake components into pulp, while instructors carefully watch over and explain each step of the process to avoid befuddlement and cake carnage. 

Chocolate brownies (9” X 9”) are made with nuts and honey, while carrot cakes (6” X 2”, 500gm) use real carrots, elevating the unemployment rate of artificial ingredients. Fruit cakes (7” X 5”, 500gm) command a farm-full of fruits and nuts including raisins, cherries, pumpkins, papaya, sultanas and almonds. At the sacred “ching” of the dial, batters popped into a preheated oven rise to their true identities as nose-tempters and toddler pacifiers. Students get to take home one cake (500gm), while the rest will be contributed to charity.
