Terracotta Restaurant, named after semi-precious guardian statues of culinary secrets, opens its chambers to more than 50 types of food ranging from Western, Chinese, Mongolian, Indian and Malay dishes to satiate appetites of common folk and nose-turning envoys on diplomatic missions of food alike. Moderate on an appetiser of kurma before embarking to Europe with plates of pasta, roast lamb and a variety of greens before turning for stir fried vegetables, chef’s signature Aneka Sup, grilled lamb with briyani rice, Mongolian cuisines, nasi briyani and ayam masak merah.
