Famished multi-platter fiends celebrate a day’s penitence with a sprawling spread of comestible delights, ranging from local and Eastern dishes to the sceptic Western cuisine freshly prepared by the restaurant’s battalion of chefs. Upon the hour to break fast, pots of buka puasa favourites are laid out including kerabu jantung pisang, kerabu pucuk paku, rendang tok and ayam panggang golek sitting pretty next to a whole roasted lamb.
