Xiao Long Bao is a award winning delights in Din Tai Fung. The little bao is served hot with a juicy and sweet filling. It is swevrd with shredded ginger and black vineger. It is very nice when you put the whole Xiao Long Bao as the juicy meat taste will flow in your mouth with a bite. – May, 2011.
