GENERAL

• Bookings must be made between Sep 21, 2012 – Dec 30, 2012.
• Min. 3 days prior booking required. Bookings subject to availability.
• Rescheduling must be made at least 1 day prior to original booking or Groupon will be forfeited.
• Valid Mon – Sat 8.30am – 5.30pm (not including public holidays).
• Last appointment at 4pm.
• Limit 1 Groupon per person. May buy many as gifts.
• Valid for first-time customers only. 
• Follow-up inspection does not include treatment or eradication.

• Subsequent visits subject to RM50 surcharge per visit, payable to BFH Pest Control.
