The intimate environment at At 19 Culinary Studio invites cookie rookies in the form of friends, family, lovers and adjoining twins to reminisce play dough childhoods and graduate in macaron major. Amateur chefs involve the five senses into the hands-on learning process in this homey kitchen where blunders and spilt milk are more than welcomed. In a class of no more than 15 sets of sweet teeth, students learn two favourite flavour recipes, chocolate and strawberry because even certain macaron flavours are trendier than others. Bring along an empty container or an old sweatshirt bundled up and tied to a stick to bring home baked goods, and present them to one’s over-generous bordering dishonest complimentor of a friend.

At 19 Culinary Studio does not use pork or alcohol in its workshops.
