For pick-ups, call 016-914 8296 (Kang) / 016-209 2131 (Vincent) (Mon – Fri: 10am – 7pm) at least 7 days in advance. Collect your water purifier at No. 83, Jalan Desa Aman, Cheras, 56100 Kuala Lumpurat the agreed date and time.
For delivery, email alphatech.kang@yahoo.com and provide your name, contact number, email address, delivery address, Groupon serial number and redemption / security code.
You will receive confirmation within 3 to 5 working days.
For delivery addresses outside of the Klang Valley, payment for delivery fees will be advised by Alphatech. For deliveries within the Klang Valley, Alphatech will receive cash on delivery for delivery fees.
Your water purifier will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
